Better to try with Arachne Solara, isn’t it?
I know they are actually the same godess, but well… One of them at least is not spiting fire and surrounded by fierce and savage trolls (she is in a secret place in Hell, heck, don’t know what is worse…)
What do you think?
Making a direct contact with Arachne Solara requires deep mystical insight, probably beyond simple illumination. Visiting Cragspider next to Skyfall Lake is a lot easier and less risky.
Sure – I’m currently exploring the reverse route for a travel scenario I am writing. Given a special cargo my travelers will have to go past Whitewall and the Lunar besieging forces there on their way ot Nochet rather than using the riverine route or through the Grazelands and Lunar or free Tarsh.
The last part of the journey is the most dangerous – as if the trolls around Cliffhome weren’t enough, Cragspider keeps a black dragon as her pet, and Snake Pipe Hollow is a constant source for rampaging chaotic creatures. Roving Tusk Riders or giants strolling down from the Rockwoods complete the menu of unpleasant encounters.
I don’t expect to witness the details of her travels here, though. There might be a few highlights and famous sights waiting for us, but I expect to see the spider soon.
Those dreadlocks are always amazing and suddenly I can imagine a medusa-like figure as a rarely embodied Earth Pantheon cult position. Take that, Gateway Bestiary!
What a reason to go speak with Cragspider!

Not to say a trip to Cliffhome is easy or without risk. Got some roadblocks to concern you if you’re coming from Esrolia.

It could mean a journey to the wild temple, if by spider she means Arachne Solara.
That priestess cannot be trusted. She only cares about her own desires, not the queen’s well-being.
I just read the whole series and I have been spamming the Next button with despair. Great job! Keep up the good work!
Please don’t break the Next button, we haven’t brought in a replacement yet.
