She says Esrolia is doomed _unless_ they can learn the meaning of the portent and stop it. However, we all know that in so many stories it is the actions of the heroes to stop their doom that ensure it will come to pass…
I really dig how the exposition is handled in this scene. in most other comics, they artists and writers would likely use separate panels (likely with the speaking characters disembodied head hovering above it) to provide a visual representation of what the characters are saying. But here, the visual is baked right into the speech bubble. It’s hard to be innovative in the medium of panels and pages, But this was really clever. Well done.
Even at that speed they may have to take a number and wait their turn behind GimGim’s crowd and sundry others of that sort as well as any reasonably alert Krasht cell. ^_^;;
Did Keva croak in the process of delivering her information? Because otherwise I’m not certain why Samastina and company wouldn’t bring her along to be ready to answer technical questions if need be. @_@

I totally agree. Gorgeous as ever.
And the Blue Moon assassins may be coming for Samastina and her friends in 3, 2, 1…

She’s standing behind Samastina in the throne room (frame 1, episode 54). She just hasn’t said anything.
